Live is a wonderful gift, if you want an advice this is what I take as a ritual:

a. Sleep! 6-7 hours seems good for me.

b. Get some exercise: A walk in nature is a good start. A little sunshine is good too.

c. Eat nourishing food. I use "nourishing" rather than "healthy" because it should "nourish" the tastebuds as well as the rest of the body.

d. Meditate. Perhaps this is simply sitting quietly and paying attention to your senses for 10 minutes before work. Perhaps this is stopping during that nature walk and slowly and naturally completing three full breaths while noting your surroundings and observing your own mental state. By the way, it's okay to feel impatience and boredom. That's kind of the point: Feelthem. Observe yourself feeling them. Then, try not to feed them.
