Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, traveling is not just about ticking places off a list it's about connecting with people, hearing their stories, and seeing the world through a local’s eyes. Couchsurfing offers something you can’t get from a hotel or Airbnb: genuine human connection.

I love the idea of cultural exchange and sharing experiences, whether it’s over a home-cooked meal, a walk around the city, or just talking late into the night. I’m here to meet open-minded people, make friends from all over the world, and build memories that go beyond tourist attractions. I believe every encounter has something valuable to offer.

Interests

I’m someone who finds joy in the simple things like a morning hike in nature, a spontaneous trip to a new city, or just spending time with dogs. I’m really into fitness and love hitting the gym regularly it helps me stay focused, energized, and ready for the next adventure. Nature is my escape, whether it’s hiking through mountains or enjoying a quiet sunset by the water.

Traveling is a big part of who I am. I’ve done solo trips, backpacking through cities and small towns, always curious to see what’s around the corner. I enjoy immersing myself in local cultures, meeting new people, and experiencing places beyond the typical tourist spots.

Dogs have a special place in my heart I get, along with them instantly.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a big part of my life whether I’m working out, hiking, traveling, or just vibing at home, there’s always something playing. I’m really into powerful voices, fierce performances, and high energy music. My top artist right now is Halestorm, and seeing them live with Black Veil Brides in Zagreb in November 2023 was an unforgettable experience.

I’ve also been to Rammstein in Belgrade and Jelena Karleuša concerts in Skopje, two totally different styles, but both left a huge impression on me. And next up: I’m beyond excited to see Lady Gaga live on the Mayhem Ball Tour in Barcelona on October 31st. Can’t wait!

My playlists are packed with a mix of Miley Cyrus, Kesha, Charli XCX, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Jelena Karleuša, Milica Pavlović, Evanescence, and even Hannah Montana, because why not?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most meaningful things I’ve done was rescuing two dogs from the streets. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience. I found them in poor conditions, but with patience, care, and love, they’ve become an important part of my life. They’ve taught me so much about compassion and the bond between humans and animals.
