On my second solo trip. The first was crossing the USA from Chicago to Denver, it was a great success! Now I have two weeks off work and I'd like to hitch hike through France, Germany and Poland because I have heard people are very friendly. Also I have been learning German and have learnt French at school so would love to practice. I really enjoy using other languages (unlike most Brits!).

I fell in love with hostels and meeting people from around the world. I enjoy not knowing where the adventure will take me and speaking to those I meet and making plans up on the spot. I’ve ended up bringing a few people along with me in the past and it was great to share the experience.
