Professional technologist and amateur ecologist born in Eastern Europe and living in Cincinnati. I love to talk about science and philosophy, and enjoy socializing over games. One of my favorite ways to contribute to third spaces is to bring homemade food to potlucks, and I'm always willing to try a new recipe!

Currently living in the midwest but trying to explore more of the US. Though I'm not big on liquor, I enjoy discovering good beer, wine, and mead, although I'm usually focused on seeing the history and nature in places I visit.

One of the reasons I got into gardening is to help restore pollinator habitats. I'm only a few seasons into cultivating a place for butterflies, but there are few things that make me happier than seeing all the different critters visiting my garden!
