One Amazing Thing I've Done
Volunteering at prisons and seeing people transform from frustration, anger and violence into sensitivity, ease of mind and compassion through breathing and meditation. Once while surfing waiting for a set of waves a 3 meter sting ray jumped exactly over me. It was the first time I ever saw life in slow motion :D
