Volunteering at prisons and seeing people transform from frustration, anger and violence into sensitivity, ease of mind and compassion through breathing and meditation.

Once while surfing waiting for a set of waves a 3 meter sting ray jumped exactly over me. It was the first time I ever saw life in slow motion :D
