Hello everyone!

To start with, I'm terrible about introducing myself, so apologies in advance! Quickly, I grew up in Paris, France, and it's also the place where I am currently studying in International Relations; what else to say? I discovered Couchsurfing in 2015, and as time goes by I am more and more into travelling, and meeting people.

Out of all of that, I like camping, discovering new stuff, and having a lot of useless debates about all sort of weird topics. See ya!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Since 2015, some friends showed me how the website was working, and the few experiences I had with them were pretty awesome, and the people I met before creating my profile pretty much amazing.

As such, I decided to join the community myself!

兴趣

I love Tennis, as a sport. Both playing and watching (it's not that boring, I sware) are great.

I am also quite a nerd about the fantasy universe, as described down there (Tolkien, Martin, etc.), and to conclude, I love camping, and activities related to it (among which hiking and discovering wildlife, even though relaxed camping remains my favorite hobby).

I used to be - and I still am - very involved in scouting in France and in Europe. If you don't know much about scouting, I promise, we don't only spend our time selling cookies and collecting badges. There are many great things to know about scouting!

音乐、电影和书籍

To be honest, I absolutely love old french songs and movies.

But no worries, I am not only into French things. I discovered not that long ago Wes Anderson, and his movies (Moonrise Kingdom, Darjeeling Limited, Grand Budapest), that are incredible: soundtrack, places, actors, stories... Everything.

Regarding Music, I don't know much about anything except french and world classics, and I'm usually eager to discover new tunes!

Regarding books now, among the things I love, I must say I am a huge fan of great fantasy universe, mainly Tolkien's one (The Lord of the Rings, Silmarillion, etc.), and more recently the Song of Ice and Fire from Martin (Game of Thrones - I am not up yet in the books, no spoilers!).
And of course, as a consequence, I love the movies of the Lord of the Rings, and the HBO serie about GoT.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

With a bunch of other French people (love you guys) we hitchiked from Toronto to Vancouver, on approximately 4500 kilometers, 20 days, and 31 amazing drivers. It was the first time I ever hitchiked, and I met many great people, and saw many great things; Canada is gorgeous, by the way.

I am usually very eager to learn new things from people I meet, and that is why I hope I can learn a lot through Couchsurfing. And I also hope I can share some of my experiences, thoughts, passions or anything, regarding what my hosts are interested into!
