ABOUT ME

I moved to Revelstoke!! Been here since early October 2012!
Currently trying to get to know my own province of BC better

I am a lover of both oceans and mountains...and most all of nature. I love hearing all different languages, and I love learning all that I can. Because of this I am sometimes quiet, taking it all in. But usually I am very talkative, and never have a problem meeting new people!

PHILOSOPHY

I want to see the world...getting away makes you appreciate where you're from. and it's great to meet a diversity of people along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

well...I lived in a 6-person house before, so had couch-surfers almost daily! and many of my friends from elsewhere in Canada or the world have come to catch up.
Through this site, I had great Italian, German, and Venezuelan experiences. I have also hosted people from all around -even Canada!

I have been blessed in this respect

Survived the worst/longest Eastern European winter in 20 years...and loved it! (2005);
2 continents within 8 months! pretty fun;
I rode a 250cc motorcycle in Zanzibar

I'm always trying to get better at massage
I'm really great at planning events. I also speak french and spanish, so i could teach someone some words/phrases. As for things that I want to learn, the list is endless.....
Right now I want to perfect my Spanish, and maybe begin learning Arabic
