ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Alexis, based in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. I’m an embodiment facilitator, retreat host, and energetic bodyworker who helps people feel more free, confident, alive, and at ease in their bodies. I believe in creating spaces where people can truly connect—with themselves, each other, and the moment.

When I travel, I love diving into local culture, meeting new people, and exchanging stories over a shared meal or a spontaneous adventure. I’m equally at home hiking a mountain trail, soaking in hot springs under the stars, or dancing barefoot at a beach gathering. I’m drawn to nature, creative expression, and conversations that go beyond the surface.

As a host or guest, I bring a warm, respectful, and easygoing energy. I’m happy to share good food, deep talks, laughter, and, if feels right a bit a window into my healing work.

I’m all about building genuine connections—traveling not just to see new places, but to truly experience the heart of the people who live there.

So much! I'm abundant in stories and experiences. The last longer solo pilgrimage I took was in South America in 2014, a 4 month journey that ended in Costa Rica. The one before that in Europe for 3 months in 2008. I'm most happy interacting with locals, sharing stories, learning about their lives, sharing wisdom, food, and the outdoors.
