I'd like to learn more about other countries, cultures, people
ABOUT ME
I am an actress and acting teacher with a strong interest in physical theatre. I also work in the film industry and have experience in international productions.
As an actress, I am passionate about all forms of art. I love dancing and singing, listening to music, and watching films, performances, and theatre productions.
I have worked on two Netflix projects in the production department, which gave me valuable insight into the filmmaking process and the collaborative nature of large-scale productions.
As a teacher, I truly enjoy the process of explaining, influencing, and inspiring my student. Especially seeing the amazing results. It’s incredibly rewarding when my students give or show me something even more than I taught them, or more than I can do myself. I’m also deeply touched when parents tell me they see positive changes, that their children are becoming more creative, open, confident, and happy.
As a person, I love learning and discovering new things: meeting new people, visiting new places, exploring different cultures, learning languages, trying new recipes, and reading.
I love my family. I also love animals, nature, and traveling.
PHILOSOPHY
Travel. Discover yourself, the world, people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first hosting experience was with a lovely girl from Canada. At that time, I was living in Astana. It was so interesting to show her the city, take her to places where she could try local food, and introduce her to our traditions and culture. We talked about everything. She had amazing experiences as a Couchsurfer and as a traveler, so she had many stories to share and it was really cool to listen to her.
As it was my first experience, I was a little worried, but Sarah is such a kind and open person, so it turned into a great Couchsurfing experience.
I also traveled as a surfer in the USA. I stayed with a wonderful family in San Pedro, an amazing woman in Los Angeles, and friendly guys in San Francisco and New York.
In general, I find it incredibly interesting to learn about different cultures, discover new places, and meet new people with different lifestyles. I love introducing others to my country, its history and traditions, and also receiving advice on how to spend time in a new city in the best and most meaningful way where to go, how to get around, and what not to miss.
Please read my profile carefully before sending a request—especially the Home section. Also, write about your plans and schedule so I can understand whether I’m able to host you. On some days I work full-time and leave home early in the morning.
This also helps me know that you’ve read my profile and didn’t send a random request 😉
