My name is Aliaa Hamza. I am originally from Jordan but currently living in Egypt. I am 40 years old and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University. I have over 20 years of experience in volunteering and working with civil society organizations, particularly in managing and implementing development projects.

One of the most meaningful experiences in my life was working as a Programs Manager at Banati Foundation for Homeless Children, where I designed and led programs focused on psychological and social rehabilitation. Today, I work as the Head of the “Discovering Heroes” Department at Mountain View Foundation, a program dedicated to empowering children in Egypt’s most underprivileged villages and helping them discover their hidden potential.

What drives me is a deep passion for change, a love for helping others, and a belief that everyone has strength within them that deserves to be seen and nurtured. Volunteering, for me, is not just something I do—it’s who I am. It’s a set of values and a way of life.

I love to travel very much and I like to get to know new cultures and friends from all over the world, and I make videos to document the journey and the different habits of people.
