I am second-generation American, born and raised in Seattle, with Chinese heritage. I got deep into Couchsurfing culture in 2013 when I moved to Barcelona, then San Sebastian, and then Nancy, France. I made amazing international connections, and some of the connections are still alive today. I've also lived in Hong Kong for 2 years before moving to Europe.

兴趣

I play the violin somewhat seriously, and I have played for 13 years. I love playing Dance Dance Revolution, and I played a lot in college. I love reading for hours on end. Finally, I always enjoy a game of billiards (American pool).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was 17 I performed as a soloist with a full orchestra Lalo's "Symphonie Espagnole", a 40-minute violin concerto with five movements. Looking back, I have no idea how I was able to memorize the whole piece nor how I could stand on the stage for that long without tiring and without making any major mistakes.
