CURRENT MISSION to be happy to be back in the Uk after 3 years abroad, and find the good people ABOUT ME er. friendly, polite, not stupid. bit shy. but i'm decent enough. i'm a country girl at heart but as i am back in the UK, i thought i would try living in da big city coz last time i swang or swung through london i had a blast. just got here yesterday. i very recently returned from Turkey where i lived and worked for 3 years. i am surprised to find myself so culture shocked on the return journey, but pleased it is highlighting all i learnt while i was away, and look forward to seeing the world through a new frame of mind. PHILOSOPHY we only have one life, let's make the best of it

well, i can teach english. and would like to practise my turkish as i plan to do a gcse in it next summer. i am also a proofreader if that is helpful to anyone.
My Interests
the usual: life, travel, books, music, occasional attempts at exercise, more frequent attempts at alcohol and nicotine poisoning. less usual, i like keeping a diary and scrapbook, 60's music and wearing hats.
