Hello! I’m Ali El Abboubi, a musician, singer, and percussionist from the beautiful city of Rabat, Morocco. Music is a huge part of my life—I’ve performed everywhere from festivals and nightclubs to the lively streets as a busker. But I’m just as passionate about meeting people, exchanging cultures, and sharing experiences. I believe that every person we meet in life has something to teach us, and I’m always eager to discover what each encounter can bring.

Along with performing, I teach percussion and love introducing others to the world of rhythm and sound. Through music, I’ve had the chance to connect with amazing people from all over the globe, blending styles and learning from one another. Every new place and person I meet adds to my journey, making life richer and more inspiring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I believe the world is best explored through human connection. Travel has taught me that the most unforgettable memories are made when you dive into new cultures and spend time with locals. Whether it’s sharing stories, learning a local recipe, or having a jam session in a new city, I’m all in! And as much as I love teaching and performing, I’m equally excited to learn from you.
