My name is Allie from Chicago, IL. I have been a nurse for one year post grad. I love to travel, play tennis, go to concerts, sew, and get to know people from different places. I am an open-minded person who loves learning about different cultures and perspectives. I love attending concerts, as well as checking out new movies and books when time allows. Most recently I have seen Kate Nash, Wye Oak, and Son Lux. I am into a variety of genres including hip hop/R&B, indie alternative, and folk. Some of my favorites are Arcade Fire and Regina Spektor, whom I have seen multiple times.
As far as movies, I like psychological dramas and indie films, as well as the classics. My favorites are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Donnie Darko.
I enjoy reading books about dystopian societies, most recently finished The Handmaid's Tale. Also very into nonfiction, art, and history.
