My roots are somewhat spread out but run deep in a few special places including Flint, Michigan, Key West, Florida and Livingston, Guatemala!

My partner, Markus and I have a home in Flint, Mi that we recently restored and look forward to sharing our home and meeting people from different places.

In school I studied English and writing, as well as Ecology.

In the winters, Markus and I are usually in Guatemala, where we run a small non-profit.

Our non-profit focuses on helping indigenous communities accomplish their economic goals in a meaningful and sustainable way.

We are also able to host couch-surfers in Guatemala who might be interested in volunteering opportunities.
