Hola! Me llamo Amaia y soy de Tolosa, País Vasco. Estoy terminando Física e Ingeniería electrónica mientras trabajo en un restaurante como camarera. El año pasado fui a México con otras tres amigas, fue la primera vez que hacía un viaje tan largo y me di cuenta de que me encanta viajar. Es por eso que he decidido tomarme un descanso después de que acabe mis estudios y estoy planeando recorrer toda Sudamérica en Marzo de 2019.

Soy muy alegre y activa. Me gusta pasar mi tiempo libre en la calle, con mis amigos, tocando la guitarra o haciendo algo de deporte. También me encanta probar la comida y bebida de otras partes del mundo.

My name is Amaia and I'm from Tolosa, Basque Country. Now I'm finishing Physics and Electronic engineering degrees while I work in a restaurant as a waitress. Last year I went to Mexico with other three friends for one month, it was my first big trip and I realized I love traveling. So I decided to take a brake after concluding my studies and I'm planning to go all over South America in March 2019.

I'm very cheerful and active. I enjoy my freetime in the streat with my friends, playing the guitar or doing some sport. I also like to test food and drink from diferent parts of the world.

Oí hablar de Couchsurfing a unas amigas y me parece una manera fantástica de conocer otras culturas y tradiciones. No se trata solo de visitar los lugares más turísticos, te ofrece la posibilidad de ser parte de la vida local y conocer gente increíble. Es todo lo que quiero para mi viaje por Sudamérica.

I've heard about Couchsurfing to some friends and I think it is a great way to know other cultures and traditions . It is not just visiting the turistic places, it offers the posibility to be part of the local lifestyle and meet incredible people. It is all I want for my trip through South America.

Me encanta la música, toco la guitarra y el ukelele, también adoro cantar. Pienso que la mejor manera de disfrutar de la música es compartiéndola.
Puedo enseñar algo de Euskara (vasco) o preparar alguna comida típica. Tengo experiencia con los niños y estoy dispuesta a aprender cualquier cosa.
