CURRENT MISSION Work hard, Play hard. ABOUT ME I am a very high energy active person! I grew up on a small farm as a tom boy oldest of 4 girls and raised by my papa. I love playing sports and out door activities. You won't find me sitting for very long. I am a freelance graphic designer and love to work out. I just competed in two figure competitions and did really well in them. I want to get my cross fit certification so I can do that. I was a personal trainer in college and taught beginning boxing and speed bagging. I think health and fitness is fascinating. PHILOSOPHY My new philosophy is if I'm not on holiday I will be planning my next. Work hard play hard. Life is too short... live it! Never regret!
