I cannot sit still. My friends joke that whenever they look at my social media I'm either in another country or swimming in the sea somewhere, despite my tragic - truly tragic - sense of direction.

I have really enjoyed solo travelling, but I know it would be amazing to meet someone on my adventures to both learn from them, and share my own experiences. Learning to be alone with myself has only made me value my connections more - I f***king love humans.

I am a bit of a romantic, I love poetry. And as a philosophy student I have to do quite a lot of reading, but I do enjoy it :)

I've fallen in love with (most of) Nietzsche's philosophy recently, reading him has changed my mindset completely: his concept of "amor fati", or love of fate, has encouraged me to live every day chaotically and find excitement in everything (even the dullest things)

I think coming to university was the best thing ever, my heart is here. It's given me so many opportunities and I've made some lifelong friends. Please don't ever make me go out into the 'real world'🤣

My anecdotes... I have a story for everything. And a BACKstory for the stories. No day is 'normal' for me, but I've learned to love that I'm never bored. Sometimes it is frustrating when an 'Amelia-moment' happens though (such as losing just one shoe, or accidentally setting fire to some napkins in a restaurant in front of the Eiffel Tower).

I once climbed the second highest brick tower in Europe! I got to the top, took a picture, and when I looked at said picture I realised that I had not in fact climbed the second highest brick tower in Europe, but the one opposite.
