About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See everything! Meet as many people as possible and keep changing.

ABOUT ME

Trying just about every job to keep me travelling; English teacher, artist, hostels, Workaway, Helpx, behavioral counsellor, Senior Mentor, restaurants, bars, retail... I love the beach, nature, old crumbling buildings, anything with life and character. Also food!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and experiencing a place with a local; I like sharing stories and gaining new perspectives. The more people you meet, the more you understand others and the more you grow!

Unfortunately I cannot host anybody at the moment as I don't own a space, although I can definitely show you around the area I'm in and go out for some drinks or food! I would love to host if and when I do have a space.

Interests

Food and cookery, travel, art and anything creative, music, culture, nature, walking, photography, the seaside (love it!), old postcards, leather boots, flip flops, teaching, films, doodling on things...

Music, Movies, and Books

I honestly enjoy every type of music under the sun, with a preference towards liquid dnb. I never used to be much of a film person as I prefer being outdoors but these days I like to get engaged in a movie that can get me thinking! Most genres are good, (apart from maybe Die Hard) depending on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watched fish glow underneath my boat at night in a bioluminescent bay in the Caribbean.

Teach, Learn, Share

Ooh! Painting, drawing, crafting of any sort.
I am tefl qualified and I am very happy to help with any English qualifications or practise.
Language exchange (especially in the languages I'm learning).
I can also teach people to cook some food and would love to learn to cook food from other cultures.
I would love to learn anything and everything!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendship, food, stories, art, probably a souvenir from somewhere! I am completely happy to cook, do some food shopping, help out with the kids, or indeed help out in any way I can with hosts.

Countries I’ve Lived In

England, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Myanmar, Puerto Rico, Wales
