- I love read books, mainly novels with police cases, truthful stories and technical areas of social relations, leadership and psychology;
- I like several styles of music. I love listening piano and clarinet live. I love going to concerts of different styles. Other thing that I like a lot its going to musical and dancing shows. For dancing I love kizomba;
- In movies as long as they have a good moral of story, I like.

- Worked with children with autism or other behaviour problems
- Crossed the biggest Europe's suspension bridge
- Organized a contest and exposition of art about family for babies, children, teens, adults and seniors: the youngest participant was 9 months old and the oldest 90 years old ❤
- I founded during the lockdown in Portugal on February 2, 2021 the national Sopa para Todos movement, which aims to reduce hunger in the families closest to us and at the same time support local businesses.
