Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love helping people, and I believe that what we give comes back to us.

Couchsurfing is a wonderful way to travel without relying on money, hotels, or paid tours. It lets you really experience the local culture, traditions, and customs. It’s a chance to learn new things and share time, energy, and experiences with others. I enjoy meeting travelers, especially those who explore the world and themselves, visit holy sites, are interested in culture and spirituality, and want to make the world a better place.

🎥 I enjoy films that tell meaningful stories and make you think. I prefer documentaries and festival movies, more like art than just entertainment — but not really art house or action films.

I like reading, when I have time. About Dharma, yoga, psychology, I else like audio books. But I no have much time for reading, and prepare podcasts and discuss.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🌼 After starting at the Academy of Arts, I went hitchhiking with a small backpack and a tent for what was supposed to be a three-day trip to the lakes in Belarus. Instead, it turned into a spontaneous two-month journey to the sea, and I returned to the university as a different person.
Here’s a refined version of your sentence for clarity and flow:

🌼 I also left my career and life as an immigrant in the Polish capital to study Buddhism under a Tibetan Lama in Nepal, after which I continued traveling across Asia.

🌼 In just two months in Warsaw, I created around 60 costumes for an opera staged in London by the Belarusian Free Theatre, working with Ukrainian opera singers and Belarusian actors. For this work, I received a nomination at the Stage Debut Awards.
