I am a structural engineer who decided to take some time off to travel before continuing my education. I am a friendly, easy-going person who enjoys traveling, eating, drinking, and meeting new people. I'm always about having a good time and taking advantage of opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun.

I am originally from Louisiana, USA, which many people know for its "southern hospitality." My family has housed many friends and friends-of-friends over the years which has taught me to practice and appreciate hospitality and generosity. I appreciate all types of music but I really enjoy rock music, funk, hip hop, and jazz. Some of my favorite artists are Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Meters, Alabama Shakes, the Strokes, the Growlers, Outkast, Kendrick Lamar, Django Reinhardt, Dave Brubek, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock (the list goes on and on, that's all I can think of right now).

I love watching movies and TV shows, and I love discussing them with other people. Some favorites are Wayne's World, Weekend at Bernie's, Flight of the Conchords, Rick and Morty, Malcolm in the Middle, and anything from Monty Python, Broken Lizard, and Mel Brooks.
