I'm always looking for the balance of being social/outgoing and spending time alone reflecting and recharging. I have many interests: currently it is gardening, house renovations, sauna, yoga/breathing, Hypopressives and freediving .

Used to be rather hyperactive and egoistic. Now I am often described as patient, curious and laid-back. I also enjoy adventures and new callenges from time to time.

Regular movement and healthy food is important to me. I love growing, harvesting and cooking food!
