Since we aren't guaranteed our next breath, we might as well live today in a way that enriches our lives with meaning and hopefully some fun too. I've learned that for me that means doing my best to be vulnerable and present my honest self to others, protecting the people I love, contributing something valuable to the world around me, and taking the time to stop and cherish the precious moments that come our way.

I've lived in New York City for the last few years working on my PhD in Clincal Psychology but now I get to live my dream of dreams and move to Stockholm to do research at the Karolinska Institute for my dissertation. I'm very laid back, intellectually curious, and love talking to people about their passions. Always down to dance and/or see some live music.
