Hello there! I'm originally from Russia and I've been enjoying life in Spain since September 2022. I work in IT most of my life and now I'm focusing on learning Spanish. I'm a friendly and easygoing person who loves exploring the vibrant city life as well as more relaxed and peaceful environments outside the city. I'm a versatile person with a variety of interests. Due to my career, I enjoy discussions about IT and technology, and I've been particularly interested in learning more about programming and AI. I'm also very fascinated by neuropsychology and how our brain works, I often watch podcasts by Andrew Huberman and Robert Sapolsky.
I love both indoor and outdoor sports, enjoy long hikes and appreciate the beauty of nature. When I travel, I'm always eager to learn something new from locals and visit unconventional places that uncover more stories and insights.

Musica, film e libri

I’m a big movie fan and love directors like Tarkovsky, Kurosawa, Coppola, Dolan, Tarantino, Guillermo del Toro, and Alejandro Iñárritu. I wish I had read more Russian classics, but I still enjoy Nabokov and Bulgakov. I’ve also loved reading works by Orwell, Kesey, King, Huxley, and Exupéry. When it comes to music, my taste is pretty eclectic and varies with my mood.

Last year I had the incredible experience of climbing Mount Elbrus and from its summit at 5645 meters, I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the world below!

I can teach some Russian language and cuisine, and I love cooking and sharing new recipes, especially Asian and Mediterranean dishes. I also enjoy playing chess and other board and card games, so if you're a player or want to learn, we can practice together. Yoga, sports, and mindfulness have been a big part of my life for the past couple of years and I'd be happy to share and practice these with you as well.
