ABOUT ME

We are a nice couple living in Taipei. We are well educated and open minded, have been traveled to more than 30 countries and really enjoy the different architectures, cultures, people's life styles and the different ways people perceive the world always amaze us.
Both of us are in our 60's, an age that you start to realize you should've been done a lot travel, had you had been much younger. Life is short, world is wonderful and fabulous. Many young men were saying they don't either have time or money, but keep this in your mind, traveling doesn't cost as much money as you thought, if you carefully plan the trip. Never tell yourself that you are not ready yet, go and get it ! because you will never be ready. You just need the Go Get it attitude.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe honesty is the most important thing when it comes to friendship. It builds trust among friends. A good heart with an open mind is also very important, it is hard to expect everyone agree with you, but we believe a great person should be able to follow his own heart, while tolerate different voices.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We can host people in our nice house. You will have your own room. You should be well educated, and respectful. contact us at least one week before you want to come, so we can arrange our place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we are newbies to this couch surfing website.
We think couchsurfing is an very good concept that opens a lot of opportunities and makes it easy to get close to different cultures and nations. We grew up in an era when there was no computer. It is just amazing to see how the internet and all the technology transform our human society into a compact, well connect social net. We are trying our best to keep up with the newest technology waves.

兴趣

I like swimming, everyday I will go swimming about 20 laps, just to stay healthy and keep myself fit.We also like to ride bicycle. We both enjoy reading books, meeting new friends from all over the world. most of the time, they lead to extreme good conversation and deep thinking.

1. When we saw Torres del Paine, it is very very spectacular, I think all hard work is worth.
2. Iguassu is a extraordinary momentum place, We took the boat to go red waterfall, it is very exciting.
3. I hiking in the Moreno Glacier, it is a special experience. very nice trip.

as of now We are planning visit 2012 Rio De Janeiro Carnival. We really want to learn samba dance, and of course, Spanish and Portuguese.
We like to share our journey on this planet. We took many many photos, each photo has a great story behind. not only that we like to show the beautiful scenes, but we believe we have the responsibilities to present different cultures and societies to those people who might never be able to travel to those remote regions.
