I am spontaneous, open and sharing my joy for life!!! My motivation in life is the discovery through encounters of people, visiting incredible places, tasting the moment and richness of experiences. I love great food, music and party. I am a vegetarian, I don't drink alcohol and I practice yoga. I was doing scientific research in neuroscience and now I am studying to become a Gestalt practician. It's a kind of psychotherapy with an emphasis on the conscious experience of emotions. I have lived in Marseille, France from 2003 to 2012. Then I went to work in Trieste Italy for 2 years. I came back to France in 2015.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I would like to travel, meet people, live simple things and exchange with my hosts at all levels of existence. Also I would like to host people (unfortunately for the moment it's not possible because my flat is too small) and share with them the beauty of Provence.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like a large variety of music ranging from hip-hop to classical passing by jazz, funk, afrobeat and electronic music. I will establish soon a more complete list artists in music and the same for the movies. As for now I was really marked by Kubric's Shining and Mechanic Orange. I was really impressed by Koyaanisqatsi by Godfrey Reggio. I loved Jim Jarmusch's Dead Man and Ghost Dog. I usually don't watch blockbusters but lastly I liked a lot Batman vs Superman. From the books (list to be completed): The Master and Margarita - Mihail Bulgakov, The Godfather - Mario Puzo, Millenium -Steig Larsson
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I hitch hiked from France to Poland.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach Kundalini Yoga. I'm learning Gestalt Therapy to become in the future therapist.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I can share my positive and enthusiastic attitude towards life. I can just listen what someone wants to share with empathy and understanding. Anytime I meet someone there's a spontaneous exchange.
