Overview
About Me
I'm in aerospace engineer by day and professional home repair man by night.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Seems like a good way to both meet people, help people, and open up some opportunities for travel in the future. Plus, I have a big house and lots of extra space so, why not share it with some other people.
Interests
Sciencey stuff tops the list but I spend a lot of my time exercising. I'm always up to engage in logical discussions on a very wide array of topics from the serious to the completely ridiculous so long as there's rational thought involved, I'm engaged.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent three months in Beijing China for a work trip that came up with only four weeks notice before hand.
Did it again 4 years later in Taipei. I absolutely love getting to spend extended amounts of time in foreign places. Hoping for more big overseas adventures soon.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I've lived in the Seattle area since 2009 and can provide ideas for things to do while people are in town. My house is a block from Seattle’s Green Lake Park which is a great place to spend a sunny day. I recently remodeled the house to add a rooftop deck with hot tub which is great just about any night of the year.
