ABOUT ME

I am currently learning about relationships, relationships to my familiy and other people and also about the relationship to myself.
Communication is what interests me, beeing connected with other people and life.
I believe in "consciousness", in beeing part of a higher "consciousness" whatever you may call it. I think we are to wake up to what is really inside of us, and the thought thrills me.
My biggest passion "non-violent-communication" as taught
by Marshall B. Rosenberg and Robert Gonzales magically has also
become my job and profession, which I am deeply greatful for.
I work as an independent trainer giving open seminars in non-violent
communication and also in companies as well as mediations
and coachings

PHILOSOPHY

Wake up, live in the "now", all is one,
Equality (also between humans and animals)
Live your mission and ONLY do what is fun and what
you REALLY want to do!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

keeping an up to date profile, answering ALL requests that come to me. Very much enjoying to be a host when I am around and not traveling myself (which I do frequently...:-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the pleasure to be hosted by a number of absolutely wonderful people in the US, Estonia, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany.
Each experience was unique and I always made great friends, looking forward to more of that! :-)
Just recently had my first CS guests at home in Frankfurt
and it was totally fun. Looking forward to more! :-)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

spent a fantastic year of my life in a little town in California,
going to high school and meeting the coolest and most fun
people on the planet...

travelled to Ghana alone just with my backpack. Met my wife (by now "ex-wife"...) there and got married two month later.

I love to learn and share my ideas about relationships and communication, what is it that makes a good relationship, how do you deal with problems, etc.
My believe is that communication is key, but it also seems to be one of the greatest challenges.
I think we humans are to understand that we are part of the whole world and by hurting it, we hurt ourselves. I love to think about where the world and mankind is going (more in an optimistic sense).
