HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Cuando viajo, me encanta conocer gente de Couchsurfing para compartir experiences y conocer un sitio a través de la perspectiva de una persona de la zona. Aunque no he podido ser anfitriona todavía (ya que no he vivido en un sitio donde fuera posible), espero poder recibir personas algún día! When I travel, I like to couchsurf to meet new people and get a real feel for the city. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I first learned about couchsurfing from a friend from Estonia who was in the U.S. for a semester. She couchsurfed across the US and told us all about her adventures, and I was immediately sold.
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: The Color Purple, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Natural Capitalism, The House of Spirits Music: Todo, pero que tenga tambores y ritmo fuerte me encanta. I like most music, especially when there's a strong percussion base, but I grew up with rock and country. Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies, but a few of my favs are Little Miss Sunshine and Forrest Gump. Soy la única persona en el mundo que no vea muchas películas, creo.

Me gustaría conocer personas, sitios, costumbres, lo que sea que te inspire. Podría dirigir una sesión de yoga. Podría compartir experiencias de mis viajes, de vivir en Peru, de vivir en Washington D.C. y Texas y Nashville-EEUU. Puedo compartir ideas de cómo vivir y hacer negocios de manera amigable al medio ambiente. We could do yoga together and share stories of travel or interesting life experiences. I love biking, ultimate frisbee, running, fútbol, basketball, and most sports and would love to play. I love to explore new places by bicycle, and new cities by running. I have worked in green building, WASH (water and sanitation), and sustainable development, and love to share and learn more about sustainable development strategies.
