Hi! I’m Anne, 24, from France.
I recently stepped away from my PhD to take a much-needed break and reconnect with the world — to see new places, meet new people, and rediscover what inspires me.

I’m especially drawn to all kinds of manual activities: pottery, sewing, DIY… anything that involves working with my hands. I love understanding how things are made, not just with technique, but with heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now, I’m traveling around Northern Europe by train for two months — exploring Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. I’m not just looking for places to stay, but for meaningful encounters, good conversations.

Couchsurfing feels like the perfect way to experience a place through the eyes of the people who live there — to share stories, ideas, and maybe a few meals too. I’m curious about different ways of living and creating, and I’m excited to connect with people who enjoy sharing their world with others.
