CURRENT MISSION Visiting friends all around Europe ABOUT ME I am a primary school teacher in Flanders and currently studying too, that means that I am stuck with a lot of holidays. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've been hosted by the most amazing people so far. I love to get in touch with people who know the city from within.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book of all times is "His Dark Materials". I also love watching Japanese anime. The music I like...is hard to describe...since I like so many types of music.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Spent two hours straight "talking" to Greek dudes on New Years Eve. Neither I or they could speak any mutual language. Had the best time ever! Also, I own my own Unicorn Castle in Hungaria... just saying, you've got a VIP in me ;-) And, last but not least, I have played Quidditch.
Teach, Learn, Share
I speak basic Japanese & can teach you how to eat with chopsticks. Also I love cooking food, so I can really show you how a true Flemish dish is put to the table!
What I Can Share With Hosts
Expertise on beer (especially Belgian beer), a lovely and silly story about one of my friends (or myself), I can also give you a tour around your city (completely made-up stories).
My Interests
Playing improv-theatre, studying Japanese at evening class, dancing at folkfestivals, working with children, training youngsters, learning new things.
