Anthony Alcalde is an accountant, award-winning filmmaker and yogi. He attended Seton Hall University and the University of Utah. As an accountant, he began working for Warner Brothers and the Sundance Film Festival and began his career with the USA Network he moved up the ladder to Production Supervisor and was in charge of production budgets for Comcast, Viacom, MTV and E !, Style.

Today, Anthony continues to work with embassies around the world to bring socially relevant for the people of Nicaragua projects. When not working, you may be found teaching yoga classes and fitness throughout Nicaragua.

My work schedule is usually a 430AM Wake-Up and then Yoga Class at 7AM, Monday to Friday. I have other classes throughout the week. If you are a Yoga Teacher you can teach a class if you would like. You can also come and take my classes in the morning. Also, when I have free time, I can spend time with my guests. Weekends are best because we can go to the beach, do Yoga, Acro Yoga, learn about the local Culture at the market (Huembes or Oriental), we can also visit Volcan Masaya & Laguna de Apoyo. Also there is a great pupusa place by my house in walking distance which you have to try.
