I recently came back from an 8 month backpacking trip going landroute from Finland to Pakistan, mostly by hitchhiking 😁 Now I'm back in Finland, based in Helsinki. After experiencing the most incredible hospitality in central Asia and eastern Europe, I want to give back to the community and host travelers who visit my country.

In my teenage I devoted my life to sports. For about ten years I was a competitive athlete in athletics and pole vaulting.

I studied photography at a design institute, and now I do photography for work, focusing on photojournalism.

I look for alternative ways of traveling. When I travel I love staying with local people, because I want to see and learn about the everyday life. I want to offer the same experience for likeminded travelers who visit Finland.

Currently I'm transforming the way I eat and think about food. I'm aiming to become self sustainable in the future, by growing my food. Right now I focus on foraging, preserving and cooking.

I can teach you to photograph with an analog camera. Also I have some good party tricks, like juggling, handstanding and riding a unicycle.

I have a big interest in handcrafts and their ecological and old school methods. I like thrifting and giving a new life to waste.
