ABOUT MY JOURNEY SO FAR...

I'm a very chatty person. Easy going as I can be. Don't take life to seriously is my thinking. Life is too short to be stressed all the time..just breathe!

When time and money allows I like to travel. I have been many places but I'm my adult years I have ventured to Greece, France, Netherlands, Norway, Italy, Poland and a few others.

If you decide to stay at my place it's likely you will end up seeing some live music. I love going to gigs and like discovering new bands.

I love meeting new people as everyone has a weird and wonderful story to tell.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING/EXPERIENCE

I have hosted many people since I moved to Edinburgh and have loved every minute of it. My philosophy is treat people how you'd like to be treated. If you live by that then you should never have a bad experience on here..or at least you won't be the one causing it.

I had my first experience surfing in Oslo and it was amazing.
I have had some other surfing experiences both good and bad.

I have also left all kinds of references positive, neutral and negative. All of my guests positive as they have all been great thankfully. I think it's important to be honest with references. It really makes a difference and is important to keep the community enjoyable and safe for travelers :-)

It really depends what you want to learn. I believe we learn something from just about everyone we meet. Got any engineering based questions then I might be able to answer them or at least engage in a conversation about it. Or you may learn most Scottish People are crazy...good crazy though.

I'm a friendly chatty person, I'll treat you like my friend not a stranger. If I'm not working at the time I know the city fairly well now so I can give you the April guided tour ha ha and a pub crawl at night if that is what your into.

What I can offer will also depend on the other person. Everyone you meet has different personalities and interests so I like to try new things and see new places also - just go with it and have a little adventure when I can :)
