Being a medium hearing-impaired person I found myself not very much social, somewhat introvert and often shy when I have to talk to random people. However I also found the other me as friendly and easygoing person, respect everybody from different background, ethnics, faith and sexuality. I believe in humanity, justice and social equality among human being. Listening to travel experience from others or any discussion involving cultural experience often excites me. I also tend to get close with people who love movies.

My fondness in traveling might started when I was kid. A big and colorful atlas book introduce me to our world. During my school days, I read a lot about geography and history of foreign countries. Books, magazines and TV have shown me the window of the world and my interest into travel start to develop. I am also learn a lot about foreign culture through films.

It's only until early 2011 when I finally do my first ever backpacking trip, 12 days crossing Java, Indonesia. Exploring Thailand twice in year of 2012 and then three months in north India, my biggest trip ever. All those experience on the road are priceless. My traveling spirit went into dormant in year of 2015 because tied to commitments. I revisit Thailand in early 2016, went to Sumatera for a very first time recently and now looking forward to plan for my dream trip which is an overland journey through Asia continent.

Lately I'm interested with the idea of hitchhiking, I'd love to try this anytime soon when hit the road again.

A friend went to Europe twice and he stayed in houses of his foreign friends. When I saw his travel pics on Facebook, I told him "you are lucky! you have many friends over there". Then he introduced me to this website ^__^

Movies - My taste on movies is border-less, I watch all type of genres as long as it good film....apart from some local flicks, I enjoyed watching Hollywood, Bollywood, European films, Iranian films, Thais, Indonesian, Mandarin and Cantonese films, South Korean and Japanese....I love the works of Anthony Minghella, Clint Eastwood, David Fincher, Christoper Nolan, Zhang Yimou, Pen-ek Ratanaruang, Rudi Soedjarwo, Giuseppe Tornatore, Deepa Mehta, Wong Kar Wai, Yoji Yamada, Park Chan-Wook, Pedro Almodovar etc.....

Books - The Kite Runner, House Sand of Fogs, Leaving Microsoft to change the world, Maximum City: Bombay Lost & Found....

Music - Become a person with medium hearing disabilities, I am not very good with music, but I do like listening to some classical, soundtrack from film and video games and some instrumental music (eg: Kitaro)
