Hi there! We’re Sandra and Aron – a Venezuelan-Dutch couple now living in the sunny south of Spain. 🌞

We’ve spent years traveling, meeting people from all over the world, and experiencing different cultures. These days we’re more settled, but we still love to travel during holidays and continue to enjoy the spirit of adventure.

Sandra is passionate about music, drawing, painting, running, and watching movies – always up for a creative chat or a cozy film night. Aron loves hiking in the mountains and discovering remote, off-the-beaten-path places – he’s always ready to swap travel stories or give hiking tips.

Hemos pasado años viajando, conociendo personas de todo el mundo y experimentando diferentes culturas. Hoy en día estamos un poco más asentados, pero seguimos disfrutando de viajar durante las vacaciones y de mantener vivo el espíritu aventurero.

A Sandra le apasiona la música, dibujar, pintar, correr y ver películas – siempre está dispuesta a una charla creativa o una noche de cine tranquila. A Aron le encanta hacer senderismo en las montañas y descubrir lugares remotos, fuera de lo común – siempre está listo para compartir historias de viaje o dar consejos sobre rutas de senderismo.

For us, the best part of traveling is meeting local people and getting a real sense of the place through their eyes. Couchsurfing makes that possible in a way no hotel ever could. We're not just looking for a place to sleep — we genuinely enjoy connecting, sharing stories, and learning about each other’s lives and cultures.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Aron:
- Rafting a class 5 river in Nepal and Peru.
- Islandhopping in the Philippines (so so beautiful!)
- 8 day trek in North Peru through the most amazing scenery I've ever seen.
- Climbing a 6000+ meter peak.
- traveled 10 days on my own in the Peruvian jungle.
- traveled half a year in South America, half a year in Asia, 5 months in South-east Europe, 5 months Middle East and 10 months Africa
