ABOUT ME

I'm super reliable. Super introverted, but love new experiences. I graduated with a BFA in Theatre Stage Management, although I'm not really planning to do that anymore. I'm a yogi, and try to live my life in such a way to make other people feel at ease. I'm mostly vegan, but I strive not to be preachy about it, nor let it stop me from doing anything exciting.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I lived for a month at Yogaville in Virginia. Daily walks through the beautiful wooded mountains. Working, eating and living alongside some of the most interesting and inspirational travelers.

Before starting college I took a trip to Italy and Greece. I was kind of obsessed with Greek mythology as a teen, so it was so exciting to see those ancient cities and their ruins (Rome, Florence, Athens, Delphi). I was too young to appreciate it, but now that I've had some art and art history classes, I am retroactively excited about the artwork I've seen (particularly the Vatican).

I'm a certified yoga teacher. I'm learning Acro-Yoga, and therapeutics and would love to share it. I know some basic carpentry, sewing, make-up application and painting.

Nature based meditation practices are a budding interest.
