I am an anthropologist by training, and work as a film producer/writer/yoga teacher. I am passionate about life. Being a vegetarian, yogini and traveller teaches me to lead a life of minimum impact.
Having spent substantial time with the Tibetan nomads, I appreciate human bonds and love creating a sense of belonging for those with whom our paths cross - exactly the way how I have been treated there.

You can practice yoga, meditation with me in the morning if you are an early bird like me. My yoga methods are rooted in the Iyengar way, so it's more alignment-focus, and stays in one posture for a few minutes. Good for those with past injuries.
