I did my bachelor in linguisitcs and those four years among great people dedicated to what they do influenced me a lot. I learned to be constantly involved in what happens around and at the same time to be concentrated on some problem you want to solve. After that I've been teaching a lot and trying to undestand what I really want to do. Which led me to Amsterdam to study dance and performance at the University of the Arts.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
One of the things I like about couchsurfing is that it's not about filling in information about yourself, it's about here and now.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music - Talking heads, Peter Gabriel,Radiohead, Andrew Bird, Florence & The Machine, also love opera, though absolutely not a expert - Salome, Cosi fan tutte, Dido&Aeneas Books - Donna Tartt, Herbert Zbignev, Celan, Mandelshtam, Chekov, Vampilov, Shvarc Films - Carax (Les amants du Pont-Neuf, Mauvais sang), Volver, Trainspotting, Inception
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I had an amazing hitch-hiking trip around France and lately Romania, met lots of people, slept in the field, started actually speaking French. In the past two years I also started exploring mountains - last summer I went to the Tian Shan and this August had an amazing trip to the Altai.
My Interests
I'm into doing things that seem to be over my head. And sure, travelling, couchsurfing give opportunities for such things. I love long walks and the fatigue one feels after them. I like to be a wanderer without concrete purpose just as much as a prepared investigator who knows what there is to see and why it worths my interest.
