I love to travel and go walking for a week in treks in various countries. I am very found of cities with an historical heritage. I travel sometimes alone in Europe but I was missing in such situations to exchange with local inhabitants. Spoke English, French, learned Japanese and German but it is far away in my memory. I learn to sing lyric music for my pleasure and I love art in all its aspects : concerts, art exhibition, theaters, cinema.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I would like to exchange with persons in the countries I will visit. Next one is Iran in August. My parents were couchsurfers when it didn't exist andI was young. As my flat is small in Paris, I can't receive persons in a private room but I appreciate exchange on culture, society, ...

Too many to list so here is a quick selection Music : Classical (Brahms, Schubert, Chopin, Rachmaninov, Bach, Dvorak, Ravel, Verdi, Mozart, Bellini ....) World (Fado, Klezmer,Tango), Jazz (contemporary players mainly, but also "old classical ones" Bill Evans, Billie Holliday, Ella Fitzgerald, bluesmen, ..) I love French films but also movies : from Fatih Akin, Asghar Farhadi, M. Gondry, Wim Wenders ,old 50's american movies (with Bogart, Bacall, Hepburn, Charlie Chaplin ) etc.
