I'm a nursing student excited to work in health care and I love to spend my time playing soccer. I truly value being multilingual because not only is it a means of communication, but also a way of learning about the people who speak it and their culture. English is the only language I'm 100% fluent in, but I am close to becoming trilingual. I always try to keep an open mind and remember that there is never just one side to a story. Some important values to me are respect, honesty, tolerance, and politeness. I try to live an eco friendly lifestyle and consider myself a great eco nerd. I am mindful of the impact that I have on the environment, which is the main reason why I became vegetarian. PHILOSOPHY Never lose the ability to laugh at yourself

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am quite used to sharing spaces with others and I always try to be as respectful as I can of others and their items. I do not smoke myself, but don't mind if others do. Hearing and reading about other people's experiences makes me want to be a host as well (as long as my roommates permit it), or at least some day when I get a place of my own! I am eager to meet new friends from around the world. I like exploring and traveling alone, but I always love being in the company of others and sharing a good laugh.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've held a panda before I'm interested in entomophagy (eating bugs and insects) and would like to spread awareness of how much potential it has in solving world hunger and environmental issues. I want to work on incorporating insects into our every day diet. So far, I have been trying out cricket flour in baked goods and sharing them with others!
