I don’t travel with big plans or packed itineraries. I go with the flow, always open to new places, good conversations, and sharing a meal or a chill walk with interesting people.

I’m not claiming to be the most adventurous or extraordinary guest, but I’m respectful, curious, and always up for a laugh. I like real human connections — no pressure, no drama.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe the best part of traveling is meeting people — not just seeing places. Couchsurfing is the perfect way to experience a city through its locals and share a slice of life with someone new.

Interests

Traveling has taught me a lot — not only about the places I visit, but also about myself.
Along the way, I’ve discovered practices that are now an essential part of my daily life and personal balance.
In Thailand, I was introduced to meditation — a powerful encounter with myself that left a deep impression.
In India, I discovered yoga, a practice I continue to enjoy regularly.
And more recently, in Latin America, I found Pilates — a new way to connect with my body and find inner alignment.

These three practices — meditation, yoga, and Pilates — have become pillars in my life.
They help me travel differently, live more mindfully, and truly be present in every encounter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During a trip to Australia, I broke my arm while skateboarding in Sydney. Since I didn’t have insurance at the time, the cost of surgery there was outrageous — around 15,000 AUD.

So I made a bold decision: I booked a last-minute flight back to Paris the very next day. Even with the cost of the flight, it was still much cheaper than getting the surgery in Australia. In France, the operation ended up costing me around a hundred box.

I stayed in Paris for about three weeks to recover, get the stitches removed, and wait until I could move my arm again.
Once I was healed enough, I bought another ticket and flew straight back to Sydney to continue the trip where I had left off.

And the wildest part? Exactly 21 days after my surgery, I found myself sailing on a catamaran through the Whitsundays (Australia). My arm was still technically still broken — full healing takes six weeks — but I was already back out there, chasing the journey.
