CURRENT MISSION finishing up my bloody PhD! ABOUT ME sparkling (sometimes noisy!), very active, beekeeping lover, desperately trying to save the world from greed and economy collapse! Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'll be travelling until the end of December 2012, than I'll be back 'home' to Oz and looking forward to sharing some couchsurfing experiences with other travellers. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE just once, many years ago, in Adelaide and in Perth, my first times in South and Western Australia. Warm heart people, they made my stay there very special.
Music, Movies, and Books
I used to listen to Dave Brubeck's work a lot,generally I like jazz music. But recently I've been sidetracked by piano stuff and brasilian sound. Movies? Not much time to watch any, I'm afraid, but I like comedies and romantic movies, usual lady stuff I guess. Must be genetics.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Trying to stay alive from spiders, wasps and snakes during my beekeeping sessions in the rain forest in Qld, Australia! Grand canyon sightseeing from the helicopter! Alcatraz island surrounded by the fog during vocational work with San Fran Rangers. Skating in Berlin and Jutland (Denmark) all by myself. Enjoying the view on central park from Rockfeller Center in NYC.
