Hi! I'm from Los Angeles, CA. Just graduated school. I studied animation, as well as some critical theory, electronic music, and Japanese, Making the transition to creating art full-time. My inspiration comes from finding little-known places and discovering things. I LOVE to explore. The best day for me is one where I've been on my feet for hours, wandering around someplace and noticing all the subtle evidence of the stranger-than-fiction lives of people, plants and animals. I make music (Ableton, I've also been playing the violin for 17 years), write, take photos, and make animations. All of this comes together in videos or books. I also love gardening. I love buying clearance plants at Lowe's and figuring out what they need to get better. I've been working on my mom's backyard; she used to call it the dirt farm, but now it has the first plant life in years. Grew em all from seeds. It makes me so proud. At this time in my life I'm learning how to bring my love (and worry) for the natural world into my art, grow things, and talk about our future on this world in a positive way. I'm looking for experiences where I can meet people and grow. I don't mind living on a shoestring a little bit. I'm pretty considerate of other people's needs, and as long as I get a little time to myself to recharge I'm an extrovert.
