I love learning about other cultures, meeting new people and making my brain "uncomfortable", if that makes sense... When traveling, I hope to sample local hole-in-the-wall eateries and to meet up with locals to hang out and swap stories. I've traveled through parts of Asia, but this will be my first trip to Europe.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'd love to meet new people and get their take on the city they love.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music spans from Sinatra to Mumford to Led Zep to The XX to Pavarotti to Years & Years to... Pretty much whatever I feel like listening to... Books: I read a lot of classics, poetry, and philosophy, and books on food gastronomy and mixology
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Enjoying falafel from Halal Guys at 53rd/6th in NYC at 2am outside sitting on the street in the cold. We were sitting in the middle of Time Square because it was still light up as if it was daytime, the company was great and the food was delicious.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Stories, food, and a willingness to learn and explore
My Interests
I'm kinda all over the place. Wine tasting (thinking about becoming a wine sommelier... Or at least working on it very very slowly), food, history, musicals/theatre/operas, hiking, dancing!- salsa, ballroom, clubbing, whatever (even if I have little to no rhythm), exploring, concerts, literature, history, cocktails!
