Teach, Learn, Share
If visited I can take you disk golfing, teach you some english or russian, take you to some great concerts, and show you some great trails in the area. If possible I would love to learn some new languages and practice the ones I even remotely know, hear some great music, learn how to play accordion (preferably a musette)
