About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to live fully. I'm taking advantage of my time on this big green ball.

ABOUT ME

I like to explore too much! Staying home is great, but checking out new places is awesome. I like to see new stuff, and I try to have new experiences with cool people. I also consider myself to be tolerant and open-minded. Great friends and great experiences are life's little victories.

PHILOSOPHY

Wear pajamas on rainy days. Play music with the doors wide open. Dance with a stranger. Make stuff. Take many road trips. Pet the dog. Be free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I've slept on a bunch of couches! Some were great and others were scary... When I think of all the places that I've had to sleep it makes me appreciate a good couch from time to time. I've yet to sleep on a CouchSurfer couch. Maybe soon...

Interests

I'm a foodie so cooking new stuff is always exciting. I like to spend my time being productive if I'm home, but if I'm on a little adventure then hiking and camping is a must. All the outdoors junk appeals to me greatly, and I try to make time to enjoy the good weather days.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I flew a kite on a volcano's rim - that was cool. And canoeing close to Boundary Waters was excellent. But, getting yanked out of a helicopter from a hundred feet up and landing flat on my back only to get up and walk away unscathed was probably one of my top five most rad experiences - although I didn't think so at the time! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I have the type of skills that are useful in conflict situations. There's not much use for them in my current life path, but I would say that they find a way to be handy from time to time.
