About Me

CURRENT MISSION

live my life 100% and try to give all my positive energy to everyone around me; starting with a smile and a helping hand

ABOUT ME

I like to spend my time with friends: from a nice chat with a glass of good wine to dance in the middle of the night or doing other crazy things..
I'm salsaholic, tango passionated, love cooking, photography, running, pilates, traveling, reading, writing, cycling, hiking and much more. :)

PHILOSOPHY

All the flowers
of all the tomorrows
are in the seeds of today.

"I see my path, but I don't know where it leads. Not knowing where I'm going is what inspires me to travel it" (Rosilia de Castro)

"How far we travel in life matters far less than those we meet along the way."

"You are only here for a short visit. Don't hurry. Don't worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along the way."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

28/7/2008: nothing yet.. but I heard only good things from friends. So I'm very curious to experience this CSproject!

10/8/2008: I just need to kick off from a very nice weekend with my first surfers.. a really great experience with amazing people! If every experience gonna end like this, I think I'm gonna become addicted.. ;)

5/10/2008: I never thought I would met so many nice people in my own city; it's a great way to make new friends and not only from abroad!

31/3/2009: After a small CS-break, I'm ready to host again! Besides that I'm going to visit my first surfers.. yeah!

17/6/2009: Life is going on.. hosted more great people; what a wonderful world! This summer I will try to surf in Iceland.. curious about this experience :)

11/8/2009: Surf experience in Iceland was great! Not always easy, certainly adventurous and sometimes encounters with really adorable people! (So the difficulties are more than worth it) I'm hungry for more.. :)

28/10/2009: When I was planning to go to Madrid I was looking through the posts in the Madrid-group and suddenly I saw a message from a guy that I must know from somewhere....
Couchsurfing makes the world so small!! I danced a salsa in Reykjavik with this guy from NY who didn't know couchsurfing at all that time.
Amazing.. the same weekend I was in Madrid he was there too.. and yes, we danced at least one salsa together! :)

After my remarks maybe an overview of the facts ;)
