ABOUT ME

All about me.... I am an early childhood teacher who will hopefully be working as a nanny in London by the end of the year. Im easy going, open minded and pretty flexible. I can get on with most people but I also have opinions. I will respect other people's point of view as long as they acknowledge that others have differing opinions. I can be quiet initially but quickly settle into situations. I love meeting new people and hearing about their lives and experiences. I am polite and very considerate of other people, their spaces, things and time.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to experience life. i think my time away from home will help me extend my understandings, experiences and just give me some more stories to tell

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is my first introduction to couch surfing and from the moment I started reading peoples profiles i fell in love. I am heading to the UK for the first time in a month and am hoping someone will allow me to couch surf at their place so i can add a bit more here. When in Australia I do live with my parents still but will defiantly look into hosting when I move out of home.

Interests

Books, im a bit of a book geek really. Meeting new people, Im a bot shy and not great at going up and talking to random strangers but if u talk to me I will talk back. Im into hanging out either at the pub or watching a movie whatever.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like i said im a book geek so can"t list all of them here. Love the classics like gone with the wind, pride and prejudice, Harry Potter (they are classics!!)etc but will attempt to read almost anything anyone suggests, unless it is a story about an animal, i just don't get that!
I like stupid funny movies like Zoolander and Austin Powers and most action. HATE chick flicks, just not my idea of a good time.
Music i dont really like set genres or bands/performers. I just like individual songs. I have seen Lily Allen, Linkin Park and Gwen Stafani all in concert and I think they are all pretty cool.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This will be a lot fuller after my grand European adventure but for now snorkeling off the great barrier reef was pretty amazing.
